Supreme Court hears argument challenging constitutionality of health care bill

Today is the first day of oral arguments challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care ActObamacare.  The link to the audio of the oral argument of Department of Health and Human Services v. Florida, Docket Number 11-398-Monday can be accessed here.

The Heritage Foundation has provided an excellent analysis of the issues and breakdown of the process in its Morning Bell: Obamacare Comes Before the Supreme Court .

History is being made this week, as the very future of our country will be determined by the outcome of this decision. Can we, as individuals, just by existing and being United States citizens, be forced to purchase a product through mandate of our federal government?
