My blogger friend at ‘Truth About IB’ has posted a letter on her website from a teacher, who has been participating in the International Baccalaureate schools PYP programs. It is a great assessment of what we have been trying to shed light on about this “international” education. It does not focus on teaching our children mathematics or language skills and truly harms them, as they will be unable to compete in the challenging job market they will face after they leave school. Please read this letter from someone on the inside, as he or she speaks from personal experience.

Somehow – it ‘feels’ almost Biblical, in that we seem to be heading to a place where the only place for actual books will be for ‘goat food’, since the ability to read will go the way of the Dodo bird – but colorful objects on electronic screens will become the new “MEANING”.
TOWER OF BABEL, here we come!
