A Nation Divided – Pick A Side

In 2010, a grass-roots movement calling themselves the Tea Party organized and swung the U. S. House of Representatives to a Republican majority.  Taking its cue from the groundswell of Constitutional Conservatives, the Republican Party “machine” cozied up to these Tea Partiers and exploited them for their own agenda.  The end result?  Against the will of this conservative movement of millions of Americans they chose one former Governor Mitt Romney to go up against President Barack Obama…and lost.  It came as no surprise.  The people had to choose between a big government progressive who forced national health care on them, or a former governor who enacted a statewide health care program.  President Obama believes in a green economy, cap and trade, and bankrupting emissions regulations for utilities and energy producers.  Romney enacted climate change regulations in the state of Massachusetts when he was governor.  The progressives on the left and the right accomplished their goal – no matter who was elected, America would be going in the same direction as we have over the past century.  There is no longer a constitutional conservative ideology at the foundation of the Republican Party.  The Democrat Party has been taken over by progressive leftists, socialists, Marxists, statists and communists.  Perhaps it is time for Americans to take a serious look at the people they have been blindly supporting because of the R or D behind their names and see what truly motivates these politicians.  They are our employees and are in Washington to serve We the People, not their own self-interests or the interests of their campaign contributors.  Time to clean house. Time to save our Republic!

I looked at my husband today and seriously asked, what happened to morality?  Where have ethics gone?  Where is G-d in our country’s equation?  Did I miss a decade?

Progressivism seems to have engulfed both sides of the aisle these days.  It’s becoming harder and harder to tell the difference between the right and the left.  Looks like we really have gone moderate — in a Socialized manner of speaking — Marxism for all!  I have lost any faith I ever had in the parties that be.  I do believe it’s third party time.  For complete article click here.
