To sum it up…. “Too little, too late”. B.Hussein has basically skipped the issue as far as PROACTIVE MEASURES to really do much of anything. Add to that his appointment of Ebola Czar is purely Political, as this Jerk is unqualified in ALL respects to lead any such effort – he is simply moving up the Political ladder.
