I think that President Obama has Asberger’s Syndrome or high functioning autism. Not looking someone in the eye is one of the symptoms. Another symptom is the inability to properly function socially. Asberger’s people lack that function as well. Don’t get me wrong, They aren’t stupid. They can be blindingly brilliant. i.e. Rainman (an extreme case) Most just appear to be a little “different” when it comes to social cues and interaction.
